PT North Sumatera Hydro Energy saat ini merupakan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air IPP (Independent Power Producer) terbesar di Indonesia yang masih dalam tahap pembangunan. Berlokasi di Tapanuli Selatan, Sumatera Utara, PT North Sumatera Hydro Energy akan memproduksi listrik tenaga air hingga 510 MW melalui PLTA Batangtoru.

Kebutuhan listrik yang tersebar di seluruh kota di Indonesia membuat PT North Sumatera Hydro Energy ikut serta mendukung Pemerintah Indonesia dalam mensukseskan target listrik 35.000 MW yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Pekerjaan konstruksi PLTA Batangtoru 510 MW sangat dikontrol dan diawasi dengan standar EHS (Environment, Health and Safety). Proyek ini memanfaatkan debit air Sungai Batang Toru yang stabil dan kondisi topografi yang curam meskipun area yang tergenang relatif kecil. Accounting Staff

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Recording: Record and process daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Support the processing of invoices, payments, and receivables.
Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements, vendor accounts, and other financial records.
Tax Administration: Support preparation of tax reports (e.g., VAT, withholding tax) in compliance with regulations.
Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate accounting files and documentation.
Reporting Assistance: Help prepare periodic financial reports and provide data for internal and external reporting needs.
Audit Support: Assist in providing documentation and data during audits.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance will be an advantage.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with accounting software is preferred.
Communication: Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Attention to Detail: Accurate and thorough in handling financial data.
Time Management: Able to work effectively to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
