MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM
1. MT – Administration Department Head
Responsibilities:
As a Management Trainee Administration Department Head, you will follow an extensive development program on several functions related to our branch administrative functions.
Oversee, manage, assess, and execute standard operating procedures (SOP) related to finance, accounting, human resources, sustainability, and general affairs within our branch.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree (S1) in Economic, Management, Business & Accounting
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from reputable university
Possess a good analytical thinking, interpersonal & leadership skills, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules
Demonstrates confidence, self-motivation, attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong sense of service.
Computer literacy is a must
Organization & other leadership experience is a plus
Willing to be placed in all Traktor Nusantara Branch
Proficient in English, both oral and written
2. MT – Parts Department Head
Responsibilities:
As a Management Trainee for the Parts Department Head position, you will participate in a comprehensive development program focused on the functions of the Parts Department.
Oversee Parts Department function, from strategy implementation in marketing, logistics, parts inventory management, to warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures to support efficient department operations and achieve corporate objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mechanical, Electrical, and other relevant Engineering major
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Minimum GPA of 3,00 (on a 4.0 scale) from reputable university
Interested in sales, marketing & business activities
Computer literacy is a must
Possess a strong analytical thinking, good leadership, communication & interpersonal skill, confident, self-motivated
Confident, self-motivated, target driven, and adaptable
Willing to be placed in all Traktor Nusantara Branch
Proficient in English, both oral and written
3. MT – Service Department Head
Responsibilities:
As a Management Trainee for the Service Department Head position, you will participate in a comprehensive development program focused on the functions of the Service Department.
Manage all aspects of the Service Department, including asset management, service quality and lead time, mechanic development, and customer relationships, ensuring compliance with company procedures to support smooth operations and achieve corporate goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mechanical, Electrical, and other relevant Engineering major
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Strong Interest in Heavy Equipment Maintenance, Automation, and Service Activities
