Quality Improvement Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
1. Customer Complaint Handling:
Receive, document, and analyze customer complaints.
Develop and implement corrective actions to resolve complaints.
Communicate with customers to provide updates and resolutions.
2. Quality Improvement Plans:
Develop and coordinate response plans for quality complaints.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvement plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
3. New Packaging Development:
Oversee the development of new packaging types.
Ensure new packaging meets quality standards and customer requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for packaging trials and approvals.
4. New Material Development:
Manage the development of new materials for products.
Conduct material testing and validation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Work with suppliers to source and evaluate new materials.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of complaints, improvement plans, and development projects.
Prepare regular reports on quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
Skills & Qualification Needed:
Possess a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or other relevant major
Have min. 5 years of work experience and in-depth knowledge in Oleochemical, Soap Noodle and or Natural Surfactants
Be fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
Willing to be place in Sei Mangkei Factory (Kabupaten Simalungun, North Sumatera)

Risk & Control Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Review and assess the efficiency and control effectiveness in all business processes as stated in Global Financial Controls Framework (GFCF);
Perform control testing as per GFCF requirement and summarizing the result into a controls scorecard;
Establish and review policies and procedure for all key GFCF’s process;
Assist the business function or department in identifying and assessing operational risks and controls within acceptable levels to the scale and nature of the business's operations and within Unilever’s Standard and other regulations;
Update the Schedule of Authority (SoA) as required;
Work closely with corporate internal auditor and external auditor to ensure the audit runs efficiently and effectively;
Responsible in the implementation of audit recommendations along with busines process owner with proper timeline.
Assist business user in doing user acceptance testing (UAT) for new automated control of GFCF in SAP;
Provide support to the business process owner on accounting and financial policy to provide value added recommendation to mitigate risks.
Skills & Qualification Needed:
Possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or other relevant major
Have min. 5 years of work experiences as auditor in public accountant firm (dealing with Chemical Industry Sector) or as an internal audit lead from refinery and oleochemical industry
Be fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
Preference for candidates with solid operational working knowledge of SAP FICO & SAP HANA module
Having certification of chartered accountant (CA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) would be an advantage
Willing to be place in Sei Mangkei Factory (Kabupaten Simalungun, North Sumatera)
