GA Service Officer

Job Purpose:

Processing, Provide and Take Care administration operational activities in General Affairs (Office Management & Maintenance, Pest Control, Cleanliness, Company Facilities, Transporter Waste B3, Scrap Management) to ensure all function running smoothly and fulfil the Company Policy to reach Department Goals and Objectives

Job Descriptions:

Taking care of office management and maintenance, relations to service providers, such as Labor providers, cleaning and housekeeping services, Pest control, etc.

Responsible for maintaining office buildings

Purchase and control of office pantry supplies

Responsible for the use, maintenance and licensing of company vehicles

Take care of the office environment (parking lot, office yard, garden, etc.)

Ensuring the cleanliness of the work environment (work area, lobby and all areas of the company)

Control the work of the Office girl, Gardener, Nazir and Driver

Maintain, record and maintain all company assets

Make sure monthly report available and sent to Finance/Accounting Department (water consumption, solid waste, liquid waste) and canteen

Manage canteens, Employees bus, clinics, mosque, other employee facilities

To ensure IN and OUT registration employees report to Health Insurance/ Mandiri In health (without failure)

Coordinate with Transporter waste B3 for arrangement truck for loading and take out Waste B3

Employee transportation arrangement

Scrap management (Solid waste, Value and Zero Value for preparation documents)

To Participate in maintaining the ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, SMK3, HAS 23000 Implementation

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree Majoring Law, Management, Computer or Any Field

Good in English both Speaking and Writing

Experience at least 1 – 5 years as GA Service Officer

Good & Strength attitude, communication, leadership, integrity, report writing

Good health & physic

Good computer skill in Microsoft Office

Willing to work in KIM 2 Medan
