PT Cemindo Gemilang is a cement manufacture that was established in 2011 and the brand holder of Semen Merah Putih.

Since the beginning of establishment, PT Cemindo Gemilang has been committed to providing market with premium quality cement through building cement plants equipped with the latest technology.

Currently, with 4 plants located in Java and Kalimantan, PT Cemindo Gemilang has a total production capacity of 6,75 million ton cement per year. The integrated cement plant in Bayah (Banten) is equipped with latest technology including a complete supply chain process, starting from the production to the inclusion of an independent port itself with total production of 4 million tons of cement per year.

PT Cemindo Gemilang also owns grinding plants in Ciwandan (Banten) with the capacity of producing 1,75 million tons of cement per year, Gresik (East Java) with production capacity 1 million tons of cement per year, and a packing plant in Wajok (West Kalimantan) with packing capacity 500.000 tons of cement per year.

With those supporting plants, PT Cemindo Gemilang is having about 4,1 percent of cement market share in Indonesia, with distribution channel  and marketing in Sumatera, Kalimantan, Java, Bali and Nusa Tenggara.

In the future, PT Cemindo Gemilang will expand the distribution area to fulfill the commitment for providing premium quality cement in across Indonesia.

SHE Inspector (Belawan Plant)

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 degree in Environmental Engineering /Occupational Safety and Health (K3) / any related field
Have General Occupational Safety & Health Expert (K3), SMK3, ISO 14001 & 45001 Certification
Have at least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
Able to work at heights and high temperature environment
Willing to be placed in Belawan Plant
Job Description:

Ensure that employees comply with relevant health and safety regulations and standards
Create HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control)
Perform incident identification
Conduct safety training
Conduct inspection and examination of confined space work areas
Analyze and evaluate existing Occupational Health and Environmental Safety Management System and Procedure
Conduct environmental impact analysis in plant area
